Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing (processing, handling and quality check), it could take up to 4 business days depending on demand.

 

RETURNS 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or simply exchange the product for another one. You can return any product for up to 30 days from the date you received it. If the swimsuit you order doesn't fit properly or exactly to your liking, we offer free size replacements. We do not cover returns shipping costs.

If the item you purchased does not fit, send us an email here (include your order number) and clearly state the correct size you need. 

In the event the item you purchased arrives damaged or is the incorrect product, send photos of the product you received to support@aquatropicswim.com.

PACKAGE DELIVERY

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages and could arrive on different dates, even if you've specified combined shipping.
