SHIPPING TIME BY COUNTRY

USA: Shipping: 5-14 business days

Canada: 8-15 business days

Australia: 6-14 business days

United Kingdom: 11-18 business days 

Most of Europe and other countries: 7-16 business days. Includes the following countries: Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.

*USA, Canada and UK orders could take up to 19 business days depending on demand.

*Australia, most of Europe and other countries orders could take up to 25 business days depending on demand.

Rest of the world: 25-50 days.

If more than the above stated days have passed, this includes processing and shipping, a maximum 30 business days (60 days for Rest of the world). Please email us at support@aquatropicswim.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

CUSTOMS AND FEES MAY BE APPLIED 

From our experience, this rarely ever happens, but you may be liable to pay for customs, taxes or/and fees once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
