To know which shipping company will deliver your order, check the Local courier section on the tracking page. To track your order directly on the local courier’s website, just click the local courier icon. The local tracking number is already shown on our tracking page, so you can easily copy it if needed when tracking on the courier’s site.

STILL HAVING ISSUES?
If you tried to track your order with all the different options above and your tracking is not working, please contact us, we will provide you with a live update.
In some instances, your order might already be in your country, even if the tracking isn't showing that. The reason for this is that your order hasn't been scanned at arrival due to backlog in the airport's logistics caused by insufficient workforce and limited transportation availability.
Please take all of these into consideration.
