If you are a US-based customer, you can also track your order on the official USPS website here. To track your package in USPS, you will need the USPS tracking number, which can be found in the first tracking update on Aqua Tropic's tracking page.

If you are an Australia-based customer, you can also track your order on the Australia Post official website here. To track your package, you will need the tracking number, which can be found in the in your email or in the order status page.

UK ORDERS

If you are an UK-based customer, you can also track your order on the Royal Mail official website here. To track your package, you will need the tracking number, which can be found in the in your email or in the order status page.

CANADA ORDERS

If you are an Canada-based customer, you can also track your order on the Canada Post official website here. To track your package, you will need the tracking number, which can be found in the in your email or in the order status page.

GERMANY ORDERS

ORDERS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES

You can track your order on our Tracking Order page here. To know which shipping company will deliver your order, go to the first tracking update. 

In that first update, you will have the company that will deliver your package and the tracking number to track your package on the company's official website.

If you tried to track your order with all the different options above and your tracking is not working, please contact us, we will provide you with a live update.

 

In some instances, your order might already be in your country, even if the tracking isn't showing that. The reason for this is that your order hasn't been scanned at arrival due to backlog in the airport's logistics caused by insufficient workforce and limited transportation availability.
