If you tried to track your order with all the different options above and your tracking is not working after 10 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us, we will provide you with a live update.

 

In some instances, your order might already be in your country, even if the tracking isn't showing that. The reason for this is that your order hasn't been scanned at arrival due to backlog in the airport's logistics caused by insufficient workforce and limited transportation availability as a result of COVID-19 impacts on logistics.
